How It Works

Becoming a member of Contour Health is a deliberate process — by design. We don't believe in rushing into a healthcare relationship any more than you'd rush into a meaningful partnership. The process is simple, transparent, and built around mutual fit.

Here's exactly how it works, from the first conversation to ongoing care.

1. Discovery Call

Everything begins with a complimentary discovery call. This is a two-way conversation — not a sales pitch — designed to determine whether working together makes sense for both sides.

During the discovery call, we'll:

There's no pressure and no obligation. Your time is valuable, and so is ours. If the fit isn't right, we'll tell you — and if there's a better resource for what you need, we'll point you in that direction.

2. Initial Consultation

If we're aligned after the discovery call, we'll schedule your initial consultation — a 60 to 90 minute deep dive into your health, lifestyle, and long-term goals. This is where we start building the foundation of your personalized strategy.

During the initial consultation, we assess:

This isn't a surface-level intake. It's a thorough evaluation that gives Dr. O'Bryan the context needed to understand where you are, where you want to go, and what's standing in the way.

From there, we begin building your personalized health strategy — grounded in functional medicine, informed by advanced diagnostics, and designed for long-term optimization.

3. Ongoing Membership

Following your initial consultation, you'll transition into membership. This is where the real value compounds.

Health optimization isn't a one-time event — it's an ongoing process. Your body changes, your goals evolve, and the data tells a story that unfolds over time. Membership gives you the continuity and access needed to stay ahead of the curve.

As a member, you receive:

This is the retainer model applied to your health — a sustained partnership built around your goals, not around billing codes or appointment slots.

No Long-Term Obligations

We do ask for one thing up front: an initial three-month commitment. Real, root-cause change takes time to take hold — three months gives your clinician the runway to put a plan in place, retest, and show you genuine progress rather than a quick fix. After that, there are no long-term contracts and no hidden commitments; you continue month to month for as long as it's serving you.

The people who stay — and most do — stay because the results are real, the access is unmatched, and the relationship makes their life measurably better.

If you're ready to find out whether Contour is the right fit, the first step is simple: schedule a discovery call.
